About the Firm

 

Nixdorf Tax and Bankruptcy Law was started by attorney Eric M. Nixdorf.  Eric has over thirty years of experience as an attorney, real estate investor, and small businessman. Eric previously was the managing partner, bankruptcy department head, and primary litigator of a statewide law firm headquartered in San Francisco.  Eric was also the CEO of a successful Bay Area real estate investment company. 

 

Eric designed his practice Firm to allow him to provide partner level expertise and experience with responsive service to his clients at a much more efficient and affordable cost compared to most law firms.  Eric uses a flat fee, success driven billing system for most legal services which Eric developed. This system is designed to align the interests of his practice to those of his Clients.  Since he generally does not bill by the hour and is rewarded for success, he has a financial incentive to not only solve his Client's problems, but to do so intelligently, quickly and efficiently.
